Eseniia Mishagina

Eseniia Mishagina is volleyball player from Russia, who plays as a setter for Leningradka Saint Petersburg. She is Women World Championships U21 bronze medalist, as well as Russian Cup silver medalist. She is one of the biggest volleyball talents of the country.

Eseniia Mishagina was born on December 1, 2001. She started in volleyball as a kid and showed great talent and skills.

Eseniia Mishagina started her competitive career in 2016, playing for Dinamo Krasnodar U20 at the Russian League U20 2016/17. Her team finished 7th and she finished the season 0.90 ppg. During the next season she started again for the Dinamo Krasnodar U20, but during the season was moved to the senior team to finish 10th at the Russian Superleague 2017/18 with 13.00 ppg, 6th at the Russian Cup with 12.00 ppg and earned the bronze at the Challenge Cup 2017/18 with 18.00 ppg. SHe was also part of the Russian U19 national team to qualify for the European Championship.

In 2018/19 season, Eseniia Mishagina continue playing for Dinamo Krasnodar, finishing 5th at the Russian Cup and 7th at the Russian Superleague. Internationally she won the World Championships U21 2019 gold with the junior national team.

Eseniia Mishagina and Dinamo Krasnodar finished 7th at the Russian Superleague and 5th at the Russian Cup 2019/20. During the next season, she continue playing only for the junior team of Dinamo Krasnodar U20, but won the bronze at the Russian Cup U20 and finished 6th at the Russian League U20.

In 2021/2022, Eseniia Mishagina and Dinamo Krasnodar won the silver at the Cup of the Governor of the Kaliningrad region and Cup of the Governor of the Tula region. Meanwhile, her team finished 6th in the Russian Superleague and she finished the season with average 16.00 ppg.

In 2022, Eseniia Mishagina signed with Tulitsa Tula and finished 4th at the Russian Cup 2022/23 and 6th in the Russian Superleague. She continue playing for the team in 2023/2024 season to finish 5th at the Cup of the Governor of the Kaliningrad region, 8th at the Volleyball Century Cup, 7th at the Russian Superleague, and 5th at the Russian Cup.

Eseniia Mishagina signed with Leningradka Saint Petersburg in 2024. With the team, she won the silver at the Legends Cup and was the runner-up at the Russian Cup.
